Race Day: Saturday, October 22nd 7-8 am Registration packet pick up and race day registrations No credit cards on race day~ cash or check only 8:30 am 5K Race~ Strollers and dogs on leash are allowed but will start at the back of the pack of runners. 10:00 am Awards and Prizes
Categories:
Male and Female in the following groups:
- under 10 years
- 11-15 years
- 16-20 years
- 21-30 years
- 31-40 years
- 41-50 years
- over 50 years.
Awards and Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded for the top male and female runner.
Medals will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place male and female finishers in each age category.
Random prizes will be drawn based on bib number (must be present to win.)
The Course:
The 5K course will start with a gathering near Splash Aquatic Park, then the group will head down the Bike Path and go north to 19th street, then right on Illinois Street, and left on 24th street to the Bike Path following around Fossil Trace Golf Course, winding to the finish near Splash! Race officials will guide runners throughout the course.
